On certain RV trailers, the shock bolts may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the bolts could break. If this happens, the bolts and washers could separate and fall from the trailer. Note: This recall only affects certain trailers equipped with Curt touring coil suspensions.
Parts that fall from the trailer could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
What the dealer will do: Brinkley RV will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to replace the shock bolts.

On certain trucks upfitted by Truck Master Manufacturing & Equipment Ltd, the compliance label may not have been printed in both official languages. Additionally, the label is missing metric units for the tire pressure. Canadian regulations require information on the compliance label to be listed in both English and French and that values be listed in metric units.
A label that's missing information in both official languages or metric units could cause confusion.
What the dealer will do: The company will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact Truck Master Mfg. to arrange for the replacement of the compliance label.

On certain vehicles, the weight sensor for the front passenger seat may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the passenger-front airbag and knee airbag could deploy in a crash that doesn't require them to. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2024-059. If the weight sensor fails, the SRS warning light would turn on in the instrument panel.
An airbag system that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash.

On certain buses, the lower window on the enter door may have the wrong glazing. Canadian regulations require certain glazing to be used on the entry door.

On a small number of vehicles, a problem with the camera control unit could cause the rearview camera image not to display after shifting into reverse or after activating the parking assistance function. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the transmission is shifted into reverse.
A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash.

On certain vehicles, the engine may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, metal debris could cause the crankshaft bearings to fail. If this happens, the engine may run rough or may not start. This could also cause the engine to stall while driving. Note: This recall only affects certain vehicles equipped with a 3.4L twin-turbo engine. This recall replaces Transport Canada recall No. 2025-614.
A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.

On one school bus, the wheelchair tie-down retractors may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the retractor(s) may not lock automatically. If this happens, the wheelchair may not be secured correctly and could move in a crash.
A wheelchair that moves in a crash could increase the risk of injury.
What the dealer will do: To reduce the safety risk, Blue Bird recommends you confirm the wheelchair is secured properly by attempting to move it before driving until the recall repairs have been completed. Blue Bird will notify the owner by mail and provide them with instructions for how to inspect and, if necessary, replace the wheelchair retractor(s). Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the repairs performed at a Blue Bird dealership.
