On certain motorcycles, the handlebar lock screw may not have been installed properly. As a result, the screw could loosen and fall between the frame and the steering stem. If this happens, the screw could interfere with the steering and cause a loss of steering control. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2026-114.
A loss of steering control could create the risk of a crash.
What the dealer will do: Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the handlebar lock screw and apply a thread-locking compound.

On certain vehicles, the steel wheel(s) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the wheel(s) could crack and separate, causing a loss of control. Note: This recall affects vehicles equipped with steel wheels and/or a steel spare tire wheel.
A loss of control could create the risk of a crash. A wheel that separates could create a road hazard for others.
What the dealer will do: General Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to inspect and replace the affected steel wheel(s), as necessary.

High Voltage

On a small number of trucks, a component inside the high-voltage battery may not be properly secured. As a result, the component could move and damage the high-voltage battery.
A damaged high-voltage battery can create a fire risk.
What the dealer will do: General Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to replace the high-voltage battery.

On certain trucks, the second-row seat belt anchors may not be properly attached. As a result, the seat belt(s) could detach in a crash.
A seat belt that detaches could increase the risk of injury in a crash.
What the dealer will do: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, secure the second-row seat belt buckle(s) to the body.

On a small number of RV trailers, the cover for the 120 V electrical outlet in the front passthrough utility panel may not have been installed correctly. As a result, the wiring could be damaged and cause a short circuit and/or electrical arcing (sparks).
A short circuit and/or electrical arcing could create the risk of electrocution and/or fire.
What the dealer will do: Grand Design RV will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, repair the wiring.

Visual System

Under certain conditions, a software problem could cause part of the rearview camera image to be blocked. Canadian regulations require the full rearview image to display while the transmission is in reverse gear. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with an 8-inch display and 360-degree cameras.
A rearview camera image that is not fully displayed could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash.
What the dealer will do: Ford will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the APIM software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at a Ford dealership.

On certain vehicles, the left and right rear quarter window glass trims may not have been secured properly. As a result, the trim(s) could loosen and separate from the vehicle.

On certain trucks, the power distribution center (PDC) box may be contaminated by oil and could fail. If this happens, there could be a sudden loss of power to the wheels. This problem could also cause the antilock brake system, exterior lighting, windshield wipers and/or defrost system not to work.
A loss of power to the wheels and an antilock braking system that don't work could increase the risk of a crash. Exterior lights, windshield wipers and/or a defrost system that don't work could reduce visibility and also increase the risk of a crash.
What the dealer will do: PACCAR will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the PDC box.
