What is wrong

On certain motorcycles, a problem with the antilock brake system (ABS) modulator could cause reduced brake pressure. If this happens, the motorcycle may have reduced brake performance.

Why it matters

Reduced brake performance can cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash.

What the dealer will do

Honda will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a Honda Power Sports dealer to inspect the ABS modulator. It will be replaced, if necessary.
