Transport Canada recall 2026195 · manufacturer campaign H575

17 April 2026

Transport Canada lists: E Pace 2021–2022 · F Pace 2021–2024

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the DC-DC converter could fail. As a result, the 12 V battery would not charge and a red "Stop Safely Electrical Fault Detected" warning message would be displayed. If this happens, and you continue to drive the vehicle, there could be a loss of power to the wheels and/or the vehicle's lights could turn off. Note: This recall only affects certain mild hybrid electric vehicles (MHEV).

Why it matters

A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Exterior lights that don't work may make the vehicle less visible to others and increase the risk of a crash.

What the dealer will do

Jaguar will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.

Engine

Transport Canada recall 2024600 · manufacturer campaign H520

10 October 2024

Transport Canada lists: F Pace 2021–2025

What is wrong

This recall is for certain replacement engines. The oil filter housing may not have been manufactured properly. Over time, the housing could crack and cause oil to leak onto hot components in the engine compartment.

Why it matters

Oil that leaks onto hot components can create the risk of a fire. Additionally, an oil leak could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.

What the dealer will do

None of the affected engines have been installed in vehicles. Jaguar will instruct dealers to replace the oil filter housing assembly before each engine is installed.

Transport Canada recall 2022393 · manufacturer campaign H404

21 July 2022

Transport Canada lists: F Pace 2021–2022

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the wrong tail lamps may have been installed. As a result, the rear turn signals located in the tailgate don't work.

Why it matters

Turn signals that don't work may cause a person not to recognize when a driver intends to turn or change lanes. This could increase the risk of a crash.

What the dealer will do

Jaguar will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect, and if necessary, replace the tail lamps in the tailgate.

Transport Canada recall 2021532 · manufacturer campaign H378

26 August 2021

Transport Canada lists: F Pace 2020–2021 · F Type 2021–2022 · XF 2021

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the passenger seat belt assemblies may contain defective automatic locking retractors (ALR). As a result, the seat belts may not properly lock to secure a child seat. Note: The vehicle's lower universal anchorage system (UAS) is not affected by this defect and may still be used to secure a child seat.

Why it matters

A seat belt that is used to secure a child restraint but is not properly locked could increase the risk of injury in a crash.

What the dealer will do

Jaguar will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the seat belts. They will be replaced, if necessary.
