What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the brake pipes to the rear wheels could corrode prematurely. The resultant brake fluid leakage would cause extended stopping distances which could result in a vehicle crash causing property damage, personal injury or death.

What the dealer will do

Dealers will remove and discard the noise vibration and harshness pad fitted to the under tray. As well, the rear underfloor and rear cross member brake pipes will be inspected and, if necessary, replaced.

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the passenger airbag trim components have a poor aperture edge. Should the airbag deploy, it could be ruptured, increasing the risk of injury to the seat occupant.

What the dealer will do

Dealer will inspect the passenger airbag aperture and, where necessary, remove any sharp serrated edges.

What is wrong

On certain vehicles equipped with automatic transmissions, with the forward drive gear selected and the vehicle stationary or in a forward motion, the gearbox could potentially select reverse gear, without indication to the driver.

What the dealer will do

Dealers will reprogram the transmission control module.
