7 October 2025

Transport Canada lists: Giulia 2020–2025 · Stelvio 2020–2025

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the radio may not have been manufactured properly and/or there could be a problem with the radio software. As a result, the rearview camera image may not display correctly or at all.

Why it matters

A rearview camera image that doesn't display correctly could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash.

What the dealer will do

FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the radio. The dealer will also update the radio software, as necessary.

3 July 2024

Transport Canada lists: Giulia 2017–2024 · Stelvio 2018–2025 · 500 2019–2024 · Renegade 2019–2023

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the connector for the driver and/or passenger-front seat belt buckle sensor(s) could fail and cause the seat airbag(s) to deploy with too much force. Note: This problem would cause the airbag warning light to display on the instrument panel or the seat belt reminder chime and warning light to stay on, even if you're buckled.

Why it matters

An airbag that deploys with too much force could increase the risk of injury in a crash.

What the dealer will do

FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the connector for the driver and/or passenger-front seat belt buckle sensor(s).

Transport Canada lists: Giulia 2017–2024 · Stelvio 2021–2024

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label and/or the compliance label may list incorrect tire size and/or tire pressure information. This could lead you to inflate the tires incorrectly and/or install the wrong tires. These errors could lead to poor handling and/or a tire failure.

Why it matters

Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash.

What the dealer will do

FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the tire and loading information label and/or the compliance label.
