Transport Canada lists: Q 4 2022–2024

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the parking lamps to turn off when the headlights are turned on and a turn signal is activated. As a result, the parking lamps could be difficult to see. Canadian regulations require the parking lamps to stay on constantly when the headlights are turned on.

Why it matters

Parking lamps that do not work properly could make the vehicle less visible to others and could increase the risk of a crash.
