Certain vehicles used in track type racing events, and subjected to aggressive driving conditions, could experience rear wheel hub failure. Wheel hub breakage could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury.

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the wheel retention system may fail. A wheel separating from the vehicle could cause a loss of control and a crash. In addition, the errant wheel assembly could strike a vehicle, property, or a bystander. These issues could result in property damage and/or personal injury.
