THE FRONT SEAT BELT STALK CABLE WIRES MAY BECOME FRAYED OR BROKEN DUE TO TWISTING OR BENDING OF THE STALK. BROKEN STALK CABLE WIRES WOULD SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASE THE POSSIBILITY OF INJURY TO THE DRIVER OR FRONT SEAT PASSENGER IN THE EVENT OF A COLLISION.

1978 PLYMOUTH COLT AND ARROW AND DODGE COLT AND ARROW VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH 1.6 LITRE ENGINES. VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN BUILT WITH INADEQUATELY STAKED FUEL PUMP DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLIES THAT COULD ALLOW FUEL TO LEAK BY THE DIAPHRAGM AND OUT OF THE PUMP BODY THROUGH THE PUMP BREATHER HOLE. THIS CONDITION MAY RESULT IN AN ENGINE COMPARTMENT FIRE.
