What is wrong

On certain vehicles, the instrument cluster could go blank intermittently and be unable to display important information. This could result in the driver not being aware of vehicle speed or any malfunction lights turning on, which could affect vehicle performance and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.

Dealers will update the vehicle software.

What is wrong

Certain vehicles may fail to comply with the requirements of the Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations. The certification label may not contain the required National Safety Mark nor a statement of conformity, which is contrary to the requirements of the regulations.

What the dealer will do

Dealers will replace the certification label with a corrected label.
