Transport Canada lists: Boxster 2001–2004, 2013–2021 · Cayenne 2003–2018 · Cayman 2013–2021 · Macan 2015–2022 · and 2 more

What is wrong

On certain vehicles, covers were not installed over the horizontal headlamp adjusters. As a result, the headlamps may be adjusted horizontally. Canadian regulations do not allow for horizontal headlamp adjustment unless the vehicle is equipped with a built-in aiming device.

Why it matters

Headlamps that are not properly adjusted could cause reduced visibility or glare for oncoming drivers, and increase the risk of a crash.

What the dealer will do

Porsche will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to install caps over the headlamp adjustment screws.

What is wrong

On certain vehicles equipped with an optional ski bag, the fastening strap for the ski bag may have been sewn with incorrect thread. This could cause the strap seams to tear in the event of crash, which would increase the risk of injury to the passengers.

What the dealer will do

Dealers will replace the affected ski bags. Note: 72 of the affected ski bags may have been sold as an accessory part through Porsche Dealers.
