On certain fire trucks, the hydraulic valve for the outriggers could fail. If this happens, the outriggers may not work properly.
Outriggers that don't work properly could delay emergency response and increase the risk of injury.
What the dealer will do: E-ONE will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your fire truck to a dealership to replace the hydraulic valve for the outriggers.

On certain vehicles, moisture could enter the rearview camera and could cause the rearview camera image not to display correctly or at all. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with a standard rearview camera.
A rearview camera image that doesn't display correctly could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash.
What the dealer will do: General Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the rearview camera.

On certain vehicles, the low beam headlights may be too bright. Canadian regulations specify a maximum brightness for low beam headlights.
Low beam headlights that are too bright could cause reduced visibility for the driver and/or glare for oncoming drivers and increase the risk of a crash.
What the dealer will do: Tesla will notify owners by email. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.

On certain infant car seats, the screw(s) that attach the carry handle to the sides of the car seat could loosen over time. If this happens, the carry handle could detach.
A carry handle that detaches could increase the risk of injury.
What the dealer will do: To reduce the safety risk Britax advises that you should only lift or carry the seat by the shell until the recall repairs have been completed. Britax will notify registered owners in writing and provide you with instructions on how to request a remedy kit.
