What is wrong

1972 MODEL COMET AND MAVARICK VEHCILES EQUIPPED WITH ROBBINS CODE R536 STANDARD SEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES. THE SEAT BELTS DO NOT FIT AROUND 95TH PERCENTILE MALE OCCUPANTS, AS REQUIRED BY LAW AND BECAUSE THE SHORT SEAT BELTS PREVENT AND IMPEDE SEAT BELT USAGE, EVEN AMONG SMALLER INDIVIDUALS WHO FIND THE SEAT BELT UNCOMFORTABLY TIGHT, THEREBY INCREASING THE RISK TO VEHICLE OCCUPANTS OF DEATHS AND INJURIES RESULTING FROM VEHICLE ACCIDENTS.
